What liquid should be used in the unit?
It is designed to circulate a sterilising/disinfection solution through the nozzles to rinse and sanitise bottles; follow the contact time recommended for your sanitiser and rinse afterwards if it requires it.
Why does it use a circulation pump instead of fresh water each time?
Recirculating the solution conserves sanitiser and gives consistent contact on every bottle; replace the solution once it becomes soiled or loses strength.
What bottle sizes can it handle?
The nozzles are suited to bottles from 0.2 to 2 litres.
How should it be maintained for a long service life?
