The device works at a water pressure of 0.5 to 7 bar, with optimal performance at 3 bar, which provides a flow rate of 12 l/min. Make sure your water supply is within this range to ensure proper spray performance and prevent damage to internal components.
What connection size is required?
The unit connects to a standard 1/2" water tap, which is the industry standard for commercial kitchen installations. Both hot and cold water can be used as the unit can withstand water temperatures of 5 to 85°C.
Are spare hoses and parts available?
