Double wall vacuum insulation maintains temperature for hours without external cooling. Spring wire lid capable of holding up to 40psi pressure, ensuring beer stays fresh and carbonated. Wire sprung lid acts as pressure release valve, preventing damage if internal pressure increases (e.g., secondary fermentation). Compatible with Drafto tapping system.

How does the lid cope with pressure build-up?
The spring wire lid holds pressure up to about 40 psi and also acts as a relief valve, lifting to release excess pressure. This protects the growler if the beer keeps fermenting and producing CO2 after filling.
How long will it keep beer cold?
The double-wall vacuum insulation keeps the contents cold for hours with no external cooling. Pre-chilling the growler before filling helps it hold serving temperature even longer.
Can I serve draught beer from it?
Yes — it works with the Drafto tapping system, which turns the growler into a portable mini-keg for draught pours. The tapping head is sold separately, so check you have the matching part.
How should I clean and care for it?
Rinse it soon after use and clean with a brewery-safe cleaner, avoiding abrasive pads that scratch the stainless interior. Check that the lid seal is intact before pressurising.
