Thermal Jacket for 32L Conical Fermenter
This high-quality thermal jacket is designed for 32-litre stainless steel conical fermenters. The jacket helps maintain a stable temperature inside the fermenter, which is especially important when using a glycol or ice water cooling system for fermentation at lower temperatures.
Usage principle: The thermal jacket is placed on the outer surface of the fermenter, where it acts as thermal insulation. The insulation reduces heat loss and helps the cooling system operate more efficiently, saving energy and ensuring a more consistent temperature throughout the entire fermentation process.
The thermal jacket is made from 4 mm thick black neoprene material, which provides excellent thermal insulation. The jacket is pre-cut to fit the shape of the fermenter and includes openings for the digital thermometer and ball valve. A convenient velcro section is provided for the dump valve, allowing easy access.
Ideal for brewers who want more precise temperature control during their fermentation process and achieve better results when making beer, cider, and other fermented beverages.
