Usage: Clean In Place (CIP) is an automatic cleaning system for recycling cleaning liquids and solutions at controlled pressure and/or temperatures. Ensures thorough cleaning of brewing systems and fermenters from organic and inorganic contaminants.
Features: Completely made of stainless steel 18/10 for food on a wheeled chassis. Composed of 3 tanks of 50L each (customizable from 50L to 1000L). Equipped with electrical resistance for water temperature management in the alkaline solution tank. The trolley design allows maximum mobility. Allows cleaning of internal surfaces of pipes, tanks, equipment, filters and connections without dismantling.
