No. This accessory is specially designed to process whole unpeeled apples directly, which greatly saves preparation time and reduces labor costs. Simply wash the fruit and feed it into the funnel with the included plunger.

How to clean a juicer?
The included cleaning brush allows you to quickly remove pulp residues from the filter and funnel. Disassemble the device after each use, rinse the parts under running water, brush the mesh thoroughly and let it air dry before reassembling.
Does it process other fruits besides apples?
The attachment is optimized for apples, but is also suitable for similarly strong fruits such as pears and quinces. Very soft fruits (berries, citrus fruits) and stone fruits are not recommended as they can clog the mechanism.
