Operation
Simple two-button control system ensures convenient workflow. Caps are manually placed in the socket, and pressing the start buttons initiates automatic cap installation with adjustable pressure.

Which closure types can this one capper handle?
It works with metal crown caps, press-on plastic caps and cork stoppers, including synthetic corks. This lets a small producer seal several different product styles with a single machine.
What do I need besides the machine to run it?
It is air-operated, so you need a source of compressed air. The compressor is sold separately and must be provided to power the capping cycle.
What output can I expect, and what scale does it suit?
It is rated for roughly 300-400 bottles per hour. Since caps are placed by hand, it is best suited to small and medium production runs rather than high-speed lines.
Why does it have adjustable pressure?
Different closures need different sealing force. Adjustable pressure lets you set the right force for crown, press-on or cork closures, so the seal is firm without damaging the bottle.
