What compressed-air supply does it need?
It runs on workshop compressed air between roughly 4 and 6 bar. A small compressor with a stable regulator is enough, since each corking cycle takes only about three seconds.
How do I match corks to this machine?
It seats cylindrical corks in the 22–25 mm diameter range up to 50 mm long. Check that the bottle-neck bore suits the cork before bulk corking, as oversized corks strain the jaws and undersized ones seal poorly.
Can it be upgraded for faster work?
Yes. An optional stainless automatic cork feeder hopper replaces manual loading, which is worth adding when you regularly cork larger batches and want both hands free for the bottles.
How do I keep the jaws working accurately?
Keep the compression jaws clean and lightly maintained, drain compressor condensate so dry air reaches the cylinder, and confirm the bottle height fits under the head (max 375 mm) before each run.
