What is the juice yield of the Maurer MSP belt press?
Maurer MSP guarantees a juice yield of up to 75%, depending on the type of fruit and its preparation. For best results, the fruit must be properly crushed beforehand. The continuous belt process ensures a gentle and efficient extraction, preserving the quality and aroma of the juice.
What fruits and products can be processed?
The belt press is suitable for processing apples, pears, berries, grapes and other fruits and vegetables. 2 mm polyester tape with a density of 6 × 16 filaments/cm² is optimized for fiber-free juice production. To ensure maximum yield, we recommend crushing the fruit in a mill beforehand.
Is the device food safe?
Yes. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (Wnr. 1.4301) and the polyester tape is food safe certified. The closed work area minimizes oxidation, preserving the juice's color, flavor and nutrient content.
How is the press cleaned?
The unit has an automatic cleaning system with two rotating nozzles. Quick tool-free disassembly allows thorough manual cleaning if necessary. A high-pressure washer 360 L/h and compressed air 50 L/h at a pressure of 6 bar are required for work.
What are the electrical and installation requirements?
