No, covers are sold separately. We offer two compatible options: B64 and CDL covers. You can order the type that best suits your capper and style of beer. Add the desired lids separately to the order to ensure everything you need to bottle the beer.
Why do some jars arrive with small dents?
Empty aluminum cans are extremely thin and light, making them susceptible to small dents during transport. This is a known industrial feature and does not affect the quality of the closure or the integrity of the filled can. Once filled and sealed, the cans become structurally rigid and safe for storage and distribution.
What closing device do I need for these cans?
These 440ml cans require a compatible can sealer calibrated to B64 or CDL lid profiles. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic closers are available for homebrewers and craft breweries. Make sure your closure specifications match the cover type you choose to achieve a reliable hermetic double seam.
How should I store the cans before filling?
Store the cans in the original cardboard box in a clean, dry indoor place, away from dust, moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the box closed until use to prevent contamination. Rinse and disinfect the cans immediately before filling to ensure the microbiological quality of the beer.
