Capsule (500pcs) polylaminate golden
Use: For sparkling wine bottling, the golden polylaminate capsule adds a professional finish and secure seal. Designed with a tear tab, it is easily applied using a Rolling Capsule Machine. Not compatible with PVC capsule heat shrinkers.

What bottles are these capsules for?
These capsules are specially designed for sparkling wine bottles with standard dimensions corresponding to Ø35mm upper and Ø55mm lower diameter. The 120mm height covers the typical neck and wire cage of sparkling wine stoppers.
How are these capsules mounted on the bottles?
The capsules must be installed with a rolling machine that rolls the polylaminate tightly around the neck of the bottle, ensuring a solid and professional finish. They are not compatible with PVC shrink devices.
What is the purpose of the tear cap?
A tear tab allows the consumer to easily remove the capsule before opening the bottle. This feature improves the user experience and ensures a clean opening without the use of additional tools or knives.
What temperature range can these capsules withstand?
The capsules maintain their integrity in the temperature range from 0°C to +60°C, which is why they are suitable for normal wine storage, transport and bottling line conditions.
How many capsules are in the package?
Each package contains 500 pieces, providing an economical solution for small and medium-sized sparkling wine producers. The larger quantity ensures a continuous supply for consistent bottling.
