Professional acidic disinfecting cleaning agent for food industry equipment and beverage coolers. Effective and fast-acting agent that efficiently removes lime deposits, fats and mineral deposits.
Operating principle. The acidic cleaning agent is primarily intended for removing mineral deposits, limestone and fat residues from beverage cooler lines, work surfaces and equipment. Acidic cleaning is recommended after alkaline cleaning to remove various types of contaminants. Standard solution: mix 1 part cleaning agent with 8 parts water. Contact time: up to 30 minutes for stronger contaminants. pH: 1.5 (concentrate).
Application areas: beverage cooler lines, work surfaces, equipment, floors. Suitable for all water and acid-resistant materials.
Safety requirements: wear protective gloves and protective clothing when using. Do not mix cleaning agents with each other. Rinse surfaces before contact with food.
