Professional cooling unit Lindr CWP-300 4x pump Green Line
The CWP-300 Green Line with 4 pumps is a specialized professional cooling unit based on the CWP NEW Green Line mobile series. The unit is equipped with four digital thermostats for independent aftercooling of double-walled tanks. Each circuit temperature can be regulated separately, allowing simultaneous cooling of up to four tanks at different temperatures.
Cooling technology
The unit features water cooling technology with an ice bank reservoir, where full ice formation provides maximum cooling performance. CWP (Contact Water Power) is a unique thermal block construction that combines the advantages of contact cooler and water cooler in one unit. The evaporator is in direct contact with the beverage tubing and responds instantly to cooling load. The device reaches operating temperature approximately 30-40 minutes after switching on.
Pump system
Four powerful NRG 12 pump stirrers are controlled by digital thermostats with 6m probes. This enables independent cooling of up to four smaller tanks via coupling connections. Temperature is controlled by a mechanical thermostat in the water bath, while digital thermostats control the pumps according to each tank's needs.
Applications
The unit is ideal for controlled fermentation, beverage aftercooling, wine cold crash, and temperature-sensitive process management. Compact design with sturdy wheels ensures easy mobility. A drain valve enables easy water drainage and a water level gauge helps monitor liquid level.
