Features: AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel construction, stainless steel blocks, nitrogen injection device, vacuum pump, compatible with agglomerated and synthetic corks 22-26mm diameter and up to 50mm height.

What is the benefit of nitrogen injection during corking?
Nitrogen injection displaces oxygen from the bottle headspace just before the cork is inserted. This significantly reduces oxidation risk, preserving wine freshness, colour stability, and aromatic complexity during storage. It is especially important for delicate white wines and wines intended for longer ageing.
How does the vacuum pump improve cork insertion?
The vacuum pump removes air from inside the bottle neck just before corking, which eliminates the compressed air cushion that would otherwise resist cork entry. This results in smoother cork compression, more consistent insertion depth, and reduces the risk of cork bounce-back or uneven seating.
What cork sizes are compatible with this machine?
The P350 accepts agglomerated and synthetic corks with diameters from 22mm to 26mm and heights up to 50mm. This covers the most common wine cork sizes including standard (24×44mm) and premium (24×49mm) formats. A bell for Ø28mm caps is available on request for special applications.
What is the production speed of the P350?
With a capping time of 1.8 seconds per bottle, the P350 can process approximately 1,500–2,000 bottles per hour depending on operator speed and bottle handling. The semi-automatic design with trolley allows a single operator to maintain efficient workflow throughout the bottling run.
