Detergent (10kg) ENOIDROSAN

Usage: Alkaline chlorine cleaner for hot and cold sanitising cleansing in a single operation. Penetrates organic deposits, removes them and disperses them in the solution, enabling rapid cleaning and effective discolouration and deodorisation. Prevents precipitation of water hardening salts, leaving surfaces perfectly shiny.

Features: High percentage of active chlorine with slow release formulation in presence of organic dirt. Non-foaming formula. Physical appearance: clear yellow liquid. pH: > 12. Relative density at 20°C: 1.20 ± 0.05. Active chlorine: 700 ppm in 1% solution. Not corrosive to stainless steel, rubber, plastic and epoxy resins.

Technical data: Concentration: 0.5 to 5% depending on cleaning intensity. Can be used in cold, lukewarm, or hot water by dipping, filling, recycling, sprinkling. Compatible with stainless steel, rubber, plastic, epoxy resins, fibreglass, concrete. Do not use on aluminium, copper, galvanised iron or surfaces treated with phenolic resins.

Application fields: Cleaning and discolouring storage and fermentation tanks. Cleaning floors, walls, gutters and sumps. Sanitising bottles in bottle washing machines (30-40g/m3 water). Cleaning filters, pipes, dispensers, filling machines, pasteurisers.

Warnings: Store in original packaging away from extreme temperatures. Do not leave static solutions in contact with stainless steel surfaces for long time. Use with caution on galvanised materials.

Titration method: Withdrawal: 50 mL of washing solution. Indicator: Phenophthalein + a few drops of thiosulphate. Titrant: Hydrochloric acid (HCl) 1 N. % (v/v) = mL titrant x 0.87. % (w/w) = mL titrant x 1.176.
