What is the dishwasher performance and cycle time?
The machine washes up to 30 baskets per hour, with a fixed cycle time of 120 seconds. The standard basket size of 500x500 mm is suitable for plates, glasses and mugs. The water consumption per cycle is only 2-2.5 l depending on the water pressure, which makes the machine economical in fast-paced restaurants and bars.
Is the detergent pump included in the set or must it be purchased separately?
This model includes a detergent pump and is pre-prepared for installation through a special screw hole in the rear wall of the tank. A rinse aid dispenser is also included as standard, ensuring a complete chemical dosing system right out of the box.
What kind of power supply does the dishwasher need?
The device works with 400V three-phase power, the total power consumption is 6600W. The power cord is supplied without a plug, so installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The boiler provides 6 kW of power at 400V, which ensures fast heating up to a rinsing temperature of 85°C.
What material is the body made of?
The whole body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is the standard material of professional catering equipment. The rinsing arms are also made of stainless steel, while the washing arms are made of food-safe plastic. The door has a strong double-wall construction for thermal insulation and noise reduction.
