Very easy in use, cleaning, maintenance and even servicing. Perfect for washing plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, trays. Electromechanical controls. Housing made of stainless steel AISI 304. Separate spray arms for washing (plastic) and rinsing (stainless steel). Fixed washing arms at the top, rotating stainless steel rinsing arms. Solid double-skin door.

What does the built-in drain pump add?

The drain pump actively pumps waste water out, so the machine does not rely on gravity drainage. This is useful when the drain is above floor level or some distance away.

How fast is it, and how much water does it use?

It runs a single 120-second cycle and handles up to 30 baskets per hour, using only about 2 to 2.5 litres of water per cycle depending on supply pressure.

Why are the wash and rinse temperatures different?

Washing is done at 62 degrees C to dissolve grease and food, while the separate rinse at 85 degrees C sanitises and helps the dishes dry faster once removed.

What power supply and baskets should I plan for?

It needs a 400 V supply at 6600 W and has a 6 L boiler plus a 35 L tank; it takes 500x500 mm baskets for glasses and for plates, plus a cutlery basket, all included.
