The Lindr D-type dispense head is a high-quality device for dispensing beer and other beverages from a keg. The D-type dispense head fits all standard D-type kegs.
Operating principle. The dispense head is attached to the keg and creates the connection between the beverage line and CO2/air pressure. The D-type dispense head is widespread mainly in the USA and some European markets, also known as U-System or American Sankey. Suitable for most American brewery kegs.

Which kegs does the D-type coupler fit?
It fits standard D-type keg valves, also called the American Sankey or U-System, which are common on most American brewery kegs. It is not interchangeable with European S-type or other coupler systems, so confirm your keg valve type first.
How does the dispense head actually work?
Once locked onto the keg, it makes two connections at once: it feeds CO2 or air pressure into the keg and opens the path for the beverage to flow out to the line. The gas pressure pushes the drink up and out as you dispense.
How should the coupler be maintained for clean dispensing?
Clean it regularly as part of your line-cleaning routine, disassemble it periodically to remove residue, and inspect the internal seals. A neglected coupler can harbour yeast and bacteria that affect taste and flow.
