Cold Bridge technology uses a fully insulated cooling coil with a recirculation system that keeps the drink cold all the way to the tap outlet. Unlike conventional towers, where the liquid sits warm in the tower, the Cold Bridge ensures that the first pour is as cold as the last, avoiding foam problems and wasted beer.
Which surface treatment should I choose — polished or sandblasted?
Polished stainless steel offers a bright, mirror-like appearance that is well suited to more luxurious bars and modern interiors. The sandblasted finish gives a matte, industrial look that better hides fingerprints and minor scratches, ideal for high-traffic areas. Both use the same high quality stainless steel.
How to clean the tower if there are no flanges on the base?
The flangeless base design eliminates crevices where liquid residue, yeast or bacteria could collect. Simply wipe the smooth base with a food-safe cleaner. Internal beverage lines should be flushed according to a standard line cleaning schedule, usually every 1-2 weeks depending on throughput.
Can I customize the tower with my branding?
