OPTIMA is suitable for many liquids: foods such as oil, wine and juices; cosmetics, including essential oils; and cleaning liquids, including alcohol-based. The device is designed for filtered or semi-thick liquids and is not suitable for products with large solid particles.

What is the dosing accuracy and range?

The machine doses from 5 to 1000 ml per cycle, the minimum practical volume is 8 ml. Thanks to the self-adjusting system and precise weight (up to 10 kg), OPTIMA ensures a very accurate filling level regardless of the viscosity of the liquid.

Does the device require three-phase power?

No. OPTIMA works with a single-phase 220V voltage via a standard grounded Schuko socket. This makes installation easy in small workshops, wine cellars and food production plants without the need for an industrial three-phase connection.

The OPTIMA model 9020 achieves up to 380 containers per hour, depending on the filling volume and type of container. The 1.2 kW motor and stainless steel construction ensure reliable continuous operation in a professional environment.
