This professional 500-liter fermentation tank is made of high-quality stainless steel AISI304 (1.4301), which ensures the product's durability and hygiene. The tank's interior surface is mirror polished (BA/IIId) and the exterior is circle polished, which facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The tank is excellent for fermenting and storing wines, beers, ciders, and other beverages.

The tank is equipped with three separate outlets, which allow convenient liquid management. The bottom outlet is equipped with a DN25 (1 inch) ball valve, which ensures efficient emptying. Additionally, the tank has two 1/2 inch taps, one of which is intended for regular liquid discharge and the other for taking samples to monitor fermentation.

The product is equipped with a floating lid and dust cover, which protect the fermented product from air contact and foreign particles. Stable welded legs ensure safe installation of the tank and facilitate cleaning work under the tank.

Usage Principle

The liquid to be fermented is poured into the tank through the top, necessary ingredients are added, and the floating lid and dust cover are placed on top. During fermentation, the sampling tap can be used to monitor the progress of the process, and the finished product can be forwarded or bottled through the bottom outlet.
