Filling block 200
The 200 bottling kit is a professional set designed to complete production and easily bottle wine, beer, oil and liquid foods, with the help of the best technology for amateur producers and companies.
It is a bottling kit made up of three elements, which can be purchased separately, that assist the user in the different stages of bottling:
- The Inox Cad 4 filling machine with float switch, made of sturdy steel and equipped with an EPM20 electric pump with reduced speed, allows to decant food liquids of different types, from oil to wine, preserving their organoleptic characteristics.
- The ETI 05 manual labeller completes the bottle by easily applying your company logo, indications on the organoleptic composition of the product, and any graphic customisations thanks to a practical system of manual rollers.
- The Circe crown capping machine, easy to install on the bench and made of enamelled steel, seals the bottle with the classic crown caps.

Can the three components be purchased separately later?
Yes, the filling machine (Inox Cad 4), manual labeller (ETI 05), and crown capping machine (Circe) are each available as standalone units. This allows you to start with one element and expand your bottling line gradually as production grows.
What types of liquids can be bottled with this system?
The system handles wine, beer, olive oil, vinegar, fruit juices, and other liquid foods. The Inox Cad 4 filling machine with its EPM20 reduced-speed pump preserves organoleptic characteristics of delicate liquids, making it suitable for premium products that require gentle handling.
Does FERMETECH provide installation support for the bottling block?
Yes, FERMETECH offers full installation guidance including setup of the filling machine pump connections, labeller calibration for your specific bottle and label dimensions, and capping machine bench mounting. Technical support is available both remotely and on-site.
What bottle closure types does the capping machine support?
The included Circe capping machine is designed specifically for standard crown caps (26mm). For other closure types such as cork, screw cap, or champagne wire cages, additional machines would be required. Contact FERMETECH for advice on expanding your bottling capabilities.
How should the filling machine be cleaned between different products?
Flush the EPM20 pump and all liquid-contact tubing with warm water between batches, then with a food-grade sanitiser for product changeovers (e.g., from wine to oil). The stainless steel construction allows hot water CIP-style rinses without damaging seals or components.
