What products can be bottled with this line?
The line is designed for wine, beer, olive and seed oils, fruit juices and drinks with a low alcohol content (less than 20%). It is not suitable for bottling spirits. The bottling system, which works on the suction principle, preserves the product's aroma and organoleptic properties.
What caps can be applied?
The Mirko Inox pneumatic corker installs crown caps (typical for beer and carbonated beverages) and plastic mushroom caps, which are widely used for wine, oil and juices. A traditional wooden cap is not supported in this configuration.
Is the equipment easy to clean?
Yes. All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel, which ensures hygiene and corrosion resistance. The Enolmaster bottler can be quickly disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, which is important to ensure food safety between different products.
What labels does ETI 10 install?
The semi-automatic labeling machine ETI 10 works with self-adhesive labels in different sizes and allows you to install both front and back labels on cylindrical bottles. The Operaator places the bottle in the machine and the device applies the label evenly, ensuring a professional appearance.
