Fitting 2" Tri-Clamp ball lock for pressure tank
Description: This assembly includes: 1. Ball Lock Post Lid, 2. 2 inch tri-clover clamp, 3. 60cm silicone dip tube, 4. Red 2.5bar pressure relief valve (These are also interchangeable with various other standard Cornelius PRVs), 5. Special single sided bead seal (EPDM). NOTE: Keg is not included.
Usage: Some customers like the ability to use commercial kegs but prefer to have ball lock posts as the fittings are more compact and less expensive. This unique fitting enables the spear to be removed from commercial kegs and then fitted with this sanitary 2 inch tri-clover adaptor. This is the most economical way to use commercial kegs with ball lock posts. The tri-clover fittings are very sanitary and suitable for this application.
⚠️ Important: Pressure device — use under pressure. Max 2.5 bar. Exceeding working pressure may cause deformation. Use a manometer.

What is included in this fitting assembly?
It comes with a ball-lock post lid, a 2 inch tri-clover clamp, a 60 cm silicone dip tube, a red 2.5 bar pressure-relief valve and a single-sided EPDM bead seal; the keg itself is not included.
How does it let me use a commercial keg with ball-lock posts?
You remove the keg spear and fit this sanitary 2 inch tri-clover adaptor in its place, which is the most economical way to run commercial kegs with compact, lower-cost ball-lock posts.
What is the pressure limit and why does it matter?
The assembly is rated to a maximum of 2.5 bar; staying under that protects against deformation, and the red relief valve vents if pressure climbs too high.
Can the pressure-relief valve be replaced?
Yes, the red 2.5 bar valve is interchangeable with various standard Cornelius relief valves, so you can swap it if you need a replacement or a different rating.
