This powerful and versatile gas burner is specially designed for large 200-250 liter capacity distillers. The unique three-stage adjustable burner head with diameters of 15, 30, or 45 cm allows precise adjustment of the heating area according to the distiller's base size and requirements. The 50 cm diameter support frame ensures stable placement and safety throughout the operation. The burner operates with butane or propane gas, providing powerful 15 kW heat energy.
Operating Principle
The burner connects to a gas cylinder, select the appropriate burner head diameter (15 cm for smaller quantities, 30 cm for medium, and 45 cm for maximum heating), adjust gas pressure, and place it under the distiller on the support platform. The three-stage control system allows optimizing energy consumption according to the quantity and properties of the distilled substance.
Performance and Efficiency
The burner's 15 kW power ensures rapid heating and stable temperature maintenance even with large liquid volumes. This is crucial for obtaining consistently quality distillate. Gas consumption is optimized according to the selected burner head size, making the device economical even during long-term use.
