Usage: Centennial Beer Hops (1 Kg) are aromatic hops with intense citrus and floral aroma, suitable for Pale Ale, IPA, English ESB, Barley Wine, and Imperial Stout production.
Features: Also known as Super Cascade, developed from Brewer's Gold with Fuggle, East Kent Golding and other hops. Contains high levels of alpha-acids (7-12%) and myrcene, with herbaceous and spicy accents for balanced bittering and fruity undertones when added at the boil.
Technical data: Packaging: 1kg vacuum packed in heat-sealed aluminium bag. Ingredients: hops; may contain traces of oats, spelt, wheat, barley, rye. Country of origin: United States. Pellets: T90.
