Usage: Perle hops are widely used as a flavouring ingredient for all types of lager and ale beers, including American Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, and German beers.

Properties: Perle hops stand out for their high versatility and a balanced aromatic profile with notes of spices and herbs. The alpha acid content is high (6–9.5%), making them suitable as an aroma hop. Hops are supplied vacuum packed in a thermo-welded aluminium bag to preserve freshness. Product may contain traces of OATS, SPELT, WHEAT, BARLEY, RYE.
