Three-Tank Industrial Carbonator for Carbonated Beverage Production
The fully automatic carbonator is equipped with three special tanks ensuring an efficient production process:
- Syrup tank for concentrate
- Mixing tank for component homogenization
- Final product tank for carbonated beverage
Precise dosing is performed by an automatic pump that adds syrup directly into the water flow. The mixture then passes through the carbonator where carbon dioxide (CO2) is added. The finished product moves through a closed system directly to the filling machine.

Frequently asked questions about 47942
What is the productivity of this carbonator?
The device produces up to 1000 liters of carbonated drink per hour. It is suitable for small and medium volume beverage manufacturers who make lemonade, flavored water or other carbonated beverages. A continuous closed system ensures a stable output without interruptions if the pre-cooled water and syrup are adequately stocked.
Why does water need to be pre-chilled before carbonation?
Cold water absorbs CO2 much more efficiently than warm water. Pre-cooling to around 2-4°C maximizes the degree of carbonation, improves beverage stability and reduces foaming during bottling. Without pre-cooling, the finished product has weak carbonation and a shorter shelf life.
How is the ratio of syrup to water determined?
The mixing ratio is configured at the factory based on your recipe and specified when ordering. Typical ratios are 1:4 to 1:6 depending on syrup concentration. An automatic pump maintains precise proportions during production, ensuring consistent taste and quality in every bottle.
What power supply is required?
The carbonator works with a three-phase 400V, 50Hz power supply and consumes 3kW. A stable electrical connection with an appropriate circuit breaker is recommended. The water supply must provide 1500 l/h at a pressure of 3-6 bar through a ½ inch connection.
Can the system be connected directly to the bottling machine?
Yes, the finished product goes directly to the bottling plant through a closed system. This maintains CO2 levels and prevents pollution. The closed design also allows for a continuous production line from syrup dosing to bottling without manual intermediate steps.
