What fruits and vegetables can be processed?
Thanks to two working speeds (5500/7200 rpm), Santos 50 is suitable for processing both soft fruits (apples, pears, citrus) and hard vegetables (carrots, beets, celery). The large feed tube allows processing whole or roughly cut raw materials without lengthy pre-treatment, which speeds up the workflow.
How easy is the Santos 50 to clean?
All parts that come into contact with food — the juice collection container, the lid, the centrifuge basket and the pulp container — are made of stainless steel and are easily removable. They can be hand washed with warm water and a mild detergent. Clean immediately after use to prevent pulp residue from drying out.
Is the motor suitable for continuous operation?
The 600W motor (peak 1100W) with high dynamic power transmission is designed for intensive professional use. For continuous commercial use, we recommend taking short breaks between batches to extend the life of the motor. The noise level of 71 dB is also moderate in a professional environment.
