What fruits can be processed?
The ROTOR Vitamat R is suitable for processing many harder fruits and vegetables, including apples, pears, carrots, beets and celery. Thanks to the large feed tube and powerful centrifuge basket, pieces can often be processed without extensive pre-shredding, which significantly speeds up the juicing process in a production environment.
What is the actual hourly productivity?
The nominal productivity is 150-200 kg/h depending on the type of fruit, degree of ripeness and feeding rhythm. Softer and well-ripened fruit achieves a higher throughput, harder raw materials remain closer to the lower limit. The 900W motor (1600W peak) ensures stable performance even under constant load.
Are the food contact parts food safe?
Yes. The juice collection container, lid and centrifuge basket are made of stainless steel suitable for contact with food. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and does not affect the taste of the juice, which is why the device is suitable for both commercial use and professional home use.
How to clean and maintain the device?
Removable parts (bowl, lid, basket, pulp container, pusher) can be disassembled for cleaning. We recommend rinsing immediately after use to prevent pulp residue from drying on the spin basket. Regular inspection of the basket and drive components ensures a long service life.
Is a standard household plug sufficient?
Yes, the device works on standard 230V/50Hz single-phase power. Built-in current control protects the motor at peak load up to 1600W. For continuous production use, we recommend a separate circuit to ensure stable voltage and prevent common fuses from tripping.
