What material is the set made of?
The kettle and TROLL fermentation vessel are made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant, hygienic and ideal for making acidic Kombucha. The ladle is made of natural beech wood.

Yes, the kit supports batches up to 200L, but can also be used for smaller quantities. Make sure the liquid level is sufficient for SCOBY development and fermentation.
