Lid clamps adjustable short (4pcs) for BrewZilla + DigiBoil stainless steel
Usage: This set of 4 adjustable stainless steel clamps is compatible with the 35L and 65L BrewZilla Gen 3 through Gen 4, as well as all 35L and 65L DigiBoils. Also suitable for 12L and 24L Boiler Extensions.

Installation Instructions:
- Use bolt cutters or tin snips to remove the existing clamp (refer to product photos for optimal cut location).
- Remove the nut and bolt, thread through the new clamp. Ensure the grooved part faces outward (see reference photo). If positioned incorrectly, the clamp will not secure on the round lip of the boiler.
- Loosen the bolts and adjust the clamp up or down to set tension. Use nuts to lock the desired tension. Start with looser tension, then tighten as needed.
⚠️ Safety Information: Do not use clamps or adjustable clamps with a glass lid. Clamps are designed exclusively for metal steam condenser or distillation lids.

Which boilers are these clamps compatible with?
The set of 4 fits 35L and 65L BrewZilla (Gen 3 through Gen 4) and all 35L and 65L DigiBoils, and is also suitable for 12L and 24L Boiler Extensions.
How do I install them correctly?
Use bolt cutters or tin snips to remove the existing clamp (see the product photos for the best cut location), then remove the nut and bolt and thread them through the new clamp. The grooved part must face outward; if it is fitted the wrong way, the clamp will not secure on the round lip of the boiler.
How do I set the right tension?
Loosen the bolts and slide the clamp up or down to set the tension, then lock it with the nuts. Start with looser tension and tighten as needed, since adjusting gradually avoids over-tightening and gives an even, secure hold around the lid.
Can I use these clamps with a glass lid?
No. The clamps must not be used with a glass lid; they are designed exclusively for metal steam condenser or distillation lids. Using them on glass risks cracking it, so reserve them for metal lids only.
