Integrated 24V DC high-torque motor with constant optimal RPM. Shear action crushing preserves husk integrity, reducing stuck sparge risk while improving mashing efficiency. Reversible motor allows both over-mount and under-mount installation options. Moisture-resistant sealed motor construction suitable for brewing environments. Works exceptionally well with 2% hydration wet milling technique for optimal results. Adjustable gap setting for customized crush. Compatible with battery power via alligator clips or dedicated power supply.

⚠️ Important: This unit does not include a grain hopper as standard. Separate purchase required (aluminium hopper KL16377 or 12L compatible bottle). For optimal results, consider using 2% moisture hydration technique (mist grain and wait 6 hours before milling). Ensure proper power supply voltage (24V DC). Clean rollers periodically to maintain performance.

⚡ Important: Integrated 24V DC motor requires appropriate power connection. Ensure correct polarity when connecting to battery or power supply. Motor direction is reversible based on polarity - verify rotation direction before milling. DC voltage is safer in wet brewing environments. Do not exceed rated voltage. Ensure proper mounting before operation.
