Usage: Heat Exchanger Dish for 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 improves heating efficiency during mashing by directing wort flow over heating elements for longer contact time, resulting in faster temperature achievement.
Features: Pressed into a slight concave shape to match the curvature of the boiler false bottom of the 65L BrewZilla Gen 4. Includes a longer Eye Bolt assembly with a wing nut. Forces recirculating wort to the edge of the BrewZilla base and over the elements for extended heating exchange.
Technical data: Compatible with: 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 only. Material: Stainless steel. Assembly order: Eye bolt, washer, false bottom, washer, nut, HED, then wing nut. This prevents the eye bolt from being completely removed during cleaning underneath the Heat Exchanger Dish.
FAQ: What does it do? Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole, the wort being recirculated through the pump passes through the malt pipe and down through the boiler false bottom. The Heat Exchanger Dish forces that recirculating wort up to the edge of the BrewZilla base and over the elements for a longer period, aiding in faster heat exchange with the wort.
