Pot 300L motorized
Usage: Professional production of high quality jam with precise temperature monitoring. The pot features a food grade silicone scraper to prevent burning and caramelization, making it ideal for delicate jam recipes in home or small production environments.
Properties: Constructed from high thickness stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304), equipped with a reinforced lid, steam outlet openings, DIN32 stainless steel ball valve, analog thermometer with stainless steel protection, stainless steel blades and handles. Includes 220V rpm gear motor (0.37kW, 28 RPM), high thickness lid with hooks, probe input for thermometer, and reinforced pot walls (2mm bottom thickness, 1.5mm wall thickness).
Technical Data: Capacity 300L. Internal diameter 710mm. Height 800mm. Overall dimensions with motor: 850 x 960mm (h). Not suitable for induction plates. Power supply: 220V. Power consumption: 0.37kW. Motor speed: 28 RPM.
