Motorised Jam Pot 150L Tri-Clamp Stainless Steel
The 150 litre stainless steel motorised jam pot with Tri-Clamp connection is a professional quality product designed for use by companies and amateurs during the jam cooking process. Complete with a food grade silicone scraper strip on the bottom blade, the 150-litre motorised jam pot optimally prevents burning and caramelisation of the product.
Equipped with a Tri-Clamp valve, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the product: the Tri-Clamp quick-connect system consists of a DN32 CLAMP 1" 1/2 stainless steel valve with PG 30 stainless steel hose connector, CLAMP gaskets and clamps, ideal for ensuring a sterile environment in compliance with the highest production standards. This system guarantees easy assembly and disassembly without additional tools and simple sanitisation thanks to smooth joints.
It is also equipped with a professional analogue thermometer with special protection, which can be inserted via a probe input specifically designed to control the temperature of the cooking product. The motorised jam pot has a total capacity of 150 litres to meet all the quality and productivity requirements of companies in the sector. It also incorporates a 220V geared motor, a stirrer with stainless steel paddles, ergonomic handles and a thick lid complete with hooks and steam escape holes. This model has an internal diameter of 630 mm and a bottom thickness of around 1.5 mm, making it ideal for maintaining correct temperatures even without active insulation.

What is a Tri-Clamp connection?
The Tri-Clamp quick-connect system (DN32 CLAMP 1" 1/2) allows the assembly and disassembly of the valve without tools. Thanks to the smooth connections and CLAMP seals, it ensures a sterile, hygienic environment and makes cleaning and sanitation fast and reliable according to professional food industry standards.
Can this kettle be used on an induction stove?
No. This model is not suitable for induction heating. Use it on a gas burner or a regular electric stove. The 1.5 mm thick bottom ensures even heat distribution and helps maintain a stable cooking temperature even without active insulation.
What prevents the jam from burning or sticking?
The mixer has a food grade silicone scraper strip attached to the bottom blade. As the 28 rpm gear motor rotates the blades, the scraper continuously sweeps the bottom of the kettle, preventing burning and caramelization during long-term jam preparation.
What material is the kettle made of?
The kettle is made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), a food grade alloy widely used in the professional food industry. It is corrosion resistant, easy to clean and preserves the organoleptic properties of fruits, jams and preserves.
