What material is the pot made of?
The pot is made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance, food safety and long-term durability. The thick base ensures stable heat distribution and prevents the formation of hot spots.
Can it be used on an induction cooker?
No. This pot is not suitable for induction heating systems. Gas burners, steam jackets or other heating systems compatible with AISI 304 stainless steel should be used.
How does a mixer motor work?
The mixer is driven by a single-phase 220 V motor with a power of 0.37 kW, controlled by an inverter, which allows speed control from 6 to 42 rpm. The direction of rotation is reversible, ensuring optimal mixing for mash of different consistencies.
