Pot 50L motorized Tri-Clamp with inverter stainless steel
The 50L TRI-CLAMP stainless steel motorized pot with Inverter is the ideal tool for production in brewing, food and pharmaceutical sectors where a quality product is required as well as suitable for home production.
Manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) that guarantees perfect chemical stability, the 50L CLAMP motorized pot respects the organoleptic properties of the product.
The thick lid fixed to the pot by stainless steel hooks ensures that the right temperature is maintained, also thanks to mashing blades which keep the product in continuous movement by the agitator motor equipped with a gear motor with inverter, allowing the rotation speed to be adjusted from 6 to 42 rpm and the direction of rotation to be reversed via a practical control panel with digital keypad.
It is fitted as standard with the TRI-CLAMP quick-connection system consisting of a DN25 CLAMP 1" 1/2 stainless steel valve with PG 20 stainless steel hose nozzle, gaskets and CLAMP clamps. The main features of this system are the easy assembly and disassembly for which no tools are required and the ease of cleaning thanks to its smooth joints. The 50L pot is also equipped with a professional-quality analogue thermometer with probe for easy control of the cooking temperature of the product, a lid with stainless steel knob and handles.

Is it suitable for an induction cooker?
No. Our pots are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and are NOT suitable for induction heating systems. Gas, electric or other suitable heat sources should be used.
Can the mixing speed be adjusted?
Yes. Geared motor with 1:50 inverter allows adjustment of rotation speed from 6 to 42 rpm. The direction of rotation can also be changed via a practical digital control panel.
What is the TRI-CLAMP connection system?
The TRI-CLAMP system is a DN25 CLAMP 1" 1/2 quick connect standard that includes a stainless valve, PG20 hose nipple, seals and clamps. It allows tool-free assembly and disassembly and is easy to clean due to the smooth connections.
