What advantage does AISI 316 give over AISI 304?
AISI 316 contains molybdenum, which significantly improves resistance to chlorides and acids. That makes it the safer choice for prolonged contact with acidic fruit juices, wine and salty or sanitiser-rich environments.

Wrap PTFE tape or apply thread sealant to the male thread, thread it in by hand first to avoid cross-threading, then tighten with a wrench until snug; check under working pressure for any weeping.

Rinse after use and clean with non-chlorine detergents; avoid steel wool or harsh abrasives so the passive oxide layer that protects the stainless steel stays intact.
