Packing SPP 500g spiral prismatic 7mm stainless steel
Usage: Take your distillation to the next level with super high density spiral prismatic packing. This packing ensures you maximise the purity distillate from your reflux still ensuring the best possible product is collected.
Features: The prismatic spiral shape of this packing maximises its surface helping to separate out fractions in your reflux resulting in a highly pure and neutral end product. This is not suggested to be used in a pot still as the high surface area will result in a neutral end product.
Technical data: The SPP is approximately 3.58mm x 5.81mm and 0.4mm thick. One 500gram bag of SPP is enough to fill approximately 0.5 litres.
Warnings: It is advised to soak and wash the SPP before first use with a 50:50 mix of vinegar or citric acid and warm to hot water to remove all manufacturing oils.
