What are the full dimensions and volume of the container?
The working volume is 12,000 liters. The external dimensions including the metal frame are 2690 x 2500 x 4190 mm (width x depth x height). Please allow sufficient ceiling height and access space for both filling and cleaning when installing.
What outlets and fittings are included in the standard equipment?
Standard equipment includes a vented cap system, 2" threaded side outlet, 1/2" threaded side outlet and 2" threaded bottom valve. This kit allows for re-pumping, sampling and complete draining without any additional modifications.
In addition to fermentation, is the container also suitable for long-term storage of juice?
Yes. The combination of food industry plastic and a ventilated lid makes the container suitable for the active fermentation of wine and fruit as well as for the storage of juices and other liquids. Proper cleaning and sealing between uses ensures product quality for a longer period of time.
How is the container delivered from Italy?
Transport from Italy to Estonia is charged separately and is not included in the product price. The container is delivered on its own metal frame. Due to the large dimensions and weight, we recommend preparing a forklift or crane for unloading at the destination.
