The 300 litre stainless steel motorised jam pot with Tri-Clamp connection is a professional quality product designed to be used by companies and amateurs during the process of cooking jam. Complete with a food grade silicone scraper strip applied to the bottom blade, the 300-litre motorised jam pot is able to optimally prevent burning and caramelisation of the product.

Equipped with a Tri-Clamp valve, it respects the organoleptic properties of the product: the Tri-Clamp quick-connect system consists of a DN32 CLAMP 1" 1/2 stainless steel valve with PG 30 stainless steel hose connector, CLAMP gaskets and clamps, which is ideal for ensuring a sterile environment in compliance with the highest production standards. This system guarantees easy assembly and disassembly without the use of additional tools, as well as simple sanitisation thanks to the choice of smooth joints.

It is also equipped by a professional analogue thermometer with a special protection, which can be inserted via a probe input specifically designed to control the temperature of the cooking product. The motorised jam pot has a total capacity of 300 litres to meet all the quality and productivity requirements of companies in the sector. It also incorporates a 220V gear motor, a stirrer with stainless steel paddles, and it features ergonomic handles and a thick lid complete with hooks and holes for steam escape. This model has an internal diameter of 710mm, while the bottom thickness is around 2mm: thus ideal for maintaining the right temperatures even without active insulation.
