Usage: The ø50 ratchet wine press is fundamental for efficiently extracting must from grape marc, suitable for small producers and farms.
Properties: Entirely made in Italy, it features a 50cm diameter cage made of evaporated beech wood slats, drawn steel threaded screw, cast iron ratchet, sturdy steel tripod support, and reinforced steel must basin. Double-speed manual lever ensures efficient pressing.
Technical data: Internal cage diameter: 500mm; cage height: 640mm; weight: 130kg; load capacity: 400kg of grapes; complete with chunks and crescents.
