Usage: Professional hydraulic wine press for small and medium wine production. Suitable for processing up to 1500 kg of grapes per batch.
Features: Cast iron hydraulic jack with pressure gauge, drawn steel worm screw, stainless steel cage with removable pins (diameter 800 mm, height 950 mm), reinforced steel must basin with epoxy enamel coating. Complete with pressing blocks and half-moon plates.
Technical data: Maximum operating pressure: 400 atm. Screw diameter: 80 mm. Cage capacity: 1500 kg grapes. Weight: 415 kg. Material: Stainless steel cage, cast iron jack, drawn steel screw.
Instructions: Fill tank with glycerine oil through cap. Raise jackscrew to highest position using nut screw. Fill cage evenly with grape pomace. Place half-moon plates and blocks, tighten until jackscrew rests on blocks. Lower clamps to lowest position. Pump until pistons reach maximum stroke (400 atm on gauge). Repeat 2-3 times maintaining constant pressure. Empty cage and prepare for next pressing.
Warnings: Do not exceed 400 atmosphere pressure - safety valve will activate causing sudden pressure drop.
