What is the capacity of Farm 25?

Is the press suitable for contact with food?
Yes. The AISI 304 stainless steel basket is food grade and the painted parts have food safe coatings. The stainless base is easy to clean and resistant to acidic juices, which makes the device meet hygiene requirements.
How does Farm 25 work?
Farm 25 is a manually operated basket baler. The fruit or pomace is loaded into the basket and pressure is applied through the screw spindle mechanism. The juice flows into the stainless base and out through the spout. The device does not require electricity and can be easily disassembled for cleaning.
