Usage: Professional push-in fitting designed for liquid and gas systems in brewing, winemaking and beverage production. Compatible with EVABarrier 6.5mm (1/4") ID x 9.5mm (3/8") OD line.
Features: Double EPDM o-ring sealing system provides superior sealing performance and leak prevention. No clamps required - push-to-connect design with collet release mechanism. Allows tighter hose bending radius without leaking. Suitable for pressure up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).

What hose diameter does this elbow fit?
This DuoTight elbow is designed for hose with an inner diameter of 6.5mm (1/4") and an outer diameter of 9.5mm (3/8"), such as the EVABarrier line. A double EPDM o-ring system ensures a reliable seal when the hose is cut straight and pushed all the way into the clamp.
What is the maximum working pressure?
The fitting is designed for pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar), covering typical CO2 and beverage dispensing applications in brewing and winemaking. A double o-ring seal provides an additional margin of safety compared to single o-ring designs.
Is the material safe for food contact?
Yes, the fitting is made of BPA-free food grade engineering polymer with EPDM o-rings. EPDM offers excellent chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkalis, acids, water, alcohol, ketones and beverages, making it suitable for beer, wine and other beverages.
How to remove the hose from the fitting?
To release the hose, first depressurize the system, then push the plier towards the fitting body and pull the hose out at the same time. Push-and-connect design allows quick and repeatable installation without tools or clamps.
Why is a straight cut important?
An angled or damaged hose end will not allow the EPDM o-rings to seal evenly around the circumference, causing leaks. Always use a sharp hose cutter for a clean cross cut before fully inserting the hose into the fitting.
