Features: The secret to our superior sealing performance is not just the fact that we use high quality EPDM o-rings but also use two of them. The double o-ring means we literally have twice the sealing surface when compared with other push in fittings. This makes our fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly.
The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues. This typically can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes duotight fittings the most reliable push fit fittings on the market.
This piece is suitable for our EVABarrier Beer & Gas hosing in 9.5mm (3/8") OD line to 1/4" Female Thread.
No clamps necessary! We do recommend cutting your hosing straight, not on an angle, to ensure the line has a complete seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.

These push in fittings have been engineered for maximised performance in both gas and liquid applications. Compared to other push in fittings on the market, duotight takes the double safety approach to all of the connections with two EPDM o-rings per hose port.
EPDM = Ethylene Propylene Rubber which has excellent chemical resistance including being compatible with ozone, oils, wide variety of alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketone and beverages. EPDM is also resistant to aging, weather and will not perish easily like other rubber compounds. When compared with silicon and vinyl EPDM has better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, is BPA free and is the number one choice for many long lasting food grade applications.
⚠️ Important: Different solutions (high alcohol content, essential oils, solvents) may damage rubber and silicone components. Ensure seal material compatibility with the liquid being used.

Frequently asked questions about this product
How do I connect and disconnect this DuoTight fitting without tools?
Cut the hose end straight (not at an angle), then push the 9.5mm outer-diameter line fully into the fitting until the double O-ring seals it, with no clamp needed. To release, push the collet in toward the body and pull the hose out.
Why does it use two O-rings instead of one?
The double EPDM O-ring doubles the sealing surface on each port, which lowers the chance of a leak and lets you bend the hose at a tighter radius without it leaking.
What pressure can it handle and why monitor it?
It is rated for use up to 100 psi (6.9 bar); staying within the working pressure prevents deformation, so use a pressure gauge whenever the line is under pressure.
Is the EPDM seal compatible with every liquid?
EPDM resists ozone, oils, many acids and alkalis, water, alcohol and beverages and is BPA-free, but high-alcohol solutions, essential oils and solvents can attack rubber, so check seal compatibility with your liquid first.
