Refrigeration kit for 380L flat bottom fermenter and tank
The 380 L fermenter cooling plate is the ideal accessory to optimally reduce the internal temperature of the beer and wine production tank. The refrigeration plate for 380 L Fermenter is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, an excellent material to leave unchanged the organoleptic characteristics of the food liquids with which it comes into contact.
Easy to immerse in the tank, the tool can be removed if necessary to be cleaned and sanitized. The refrigeration plate allows the perfect exchange of temperature between the solution of water and glycol, flowing inside it, and the must, beer and wine contained in the tank.
It is a product recommended for the processing of lager beers, thanks to its ability to reach the ideal temperature for yeasts, and high fermentation, by circulating hot liquid inside the pipes. The cooling kit for fermenter is composed of a plate, measuring 370x1000 mm, with an internal capacity of 1.85 L.

Warnings: For the correct functioning of the cooling plate, it is essential to circulate inside it a solution of water and glycol, previously cooled by an external chiller. This article does not have a probe holder and is NOT suitable for conical bottom fermenters.

What material is the cooling plate made of?
The plate is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10), a food-safe material that preserves the organoleptic properties of wine, beer and wort. Corrosion resistance makes it ideal for long-term exposure to fermentation fluids and repeated cleaning cycles.
Can the plate be used on a fermentation vessel with a conical bottom?
No. This cooling set is designed exclusively for flat-bottomed 380 L fermenters and tanks. It is NOT suitable for conical bottom fermenters as the geometry and mounting system are not compatible.
What coolant should be used?
A solution of water and glycol, which has been previously cooled by an external cooler, must circulate inside the plate. Glycol prevents freezing and ensures effective heat exchange between the cooling circuit and the liquid in the tank.
Is the plate removable for cleaning?
Yes, if necessary, the plate can be easily removed from the container for thorough cleaning and disinfection. This helps maintain hygienic conditions between production batches and extends the life of the device.
Does the kit include a sensor holder?
No, this product does not include a sensor holder. If temperature monitoring with a sensor is required, it must be arranged in a separate container via a suitable fitting.
