Frequently asked questions about MLP0033
What products can be treated with C120?
C120 is designed for processing tomatoes, berries, cooked vegetables, fruits, fish and soft foods. It separates seeds, stones, fibers and bones without breaking them, ideal for sauces, pulps, mousses and fish soups. The products must be washed and, if necessary, boiled until soft before loading.
Do the products need to be peeled or stones removed before processing?
No. One of the main advantages of the C120 is that washed products can be loaded continuously without prior peeling or descaling. A vane system at 1500 rpm and a 1 mm sieve automatically separates the unwanted parts, while the clean pulp passes through the sieve.
What electrical connection does the C120 need?
The machine operates on a three-phase 400 V supply and consumes 900 W. The machine must be connected by a qualified electrician to a suitable three-phase socket with a proper earthing and fuse, in accordance with local requirements.
Is the C120 easy to clean?
Yes. The bowl, motor block, basket and strainer are made of stainless steel, and the machine can be quickly disassembled without tools. All parts in contact with food can be washed with warm water and neutral detergent, ensuring hygienic use in professional kitchens.
Can additional screens be used for different products?
Yes. The C120 is supplied with a 1mm sieve as standard, and sieves with other apertures are available as an accessory, allowing the machine to be adapted to different products and textures – from fine purees to coarser pulps.
