What is the maximum capacity of this mixer?
The HENDI 350W hand mixer is designed for volumes up to 20 L, which makes it an ideal choice for professional kitchens, catering and medium-sized jobs. For larger quantities, we recommend more powerful models.
What material is the stirring rod made of?
The included stirring rod is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is food safe, corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The length is 250 mm, suitable for standard pots and containers.
Can I use different mixing arms?
Yes, the motor unit is compatible with several interchangeable shafts sold separately under codes 222232, 222249, 222256 and 222263, including longer shafts and whisk tips for more versatility.
Is variable speed useful?
The variable speed allows you to start slowly to avoid splashes and then increase the intensity for smooth emulsions and purees. This gives the operator precise control over the texture.
How to clean the hand blender?
Remove the stem from the motor unit and wash it with warm water and a mild detergent. Wipe the motor part with a damp cloth — never immerse it in water. Always unplug before cleaning.
